Stony Brook Online Nursing Master’s Program Ranked in Top 10
For the seventh straight year, the Stony Brook University School of Nursing earned a top-10 ranking by U.S. News & World Report for its online master's program.
Ranked eighth nationwide for the second year in a row, Stony Brook is the highest-placing school in New York State. Programs are judged on key performance indicators, including engagement, faculty credentials and training, and peer assessment.
“This achievement reflects our faculty and staff’s unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and student success,” said Patricia Bruckenthal, dean of the School of Nursing. “Their dedication to supporting our students contributes to the strength and reputation of our programs.”
More than 600 students are enrolled in one of 10 Master of Science programs offered at the School of Nursing. Currently, all graduate programs are offered through distance education with on-site requirements.
